This just feels cheap... especially for what it costs. I expected better quality for the money, but it really didn’t feel worth it.

This was a lot more frustrating to install than they made it sound. It took me forever to get it on, and even after all that, it still doesn’t fit right. If I can’t get it sorted soon, I’m probably just going to return it and look for something else...

I tried ordering mats, but the website just felt confusing to me. Maybe I missed something, but the filters didn’t seem to work right, and checkout felt a bit all over the place. I ended up going in circles for a while and eventually gave up. Not really the best experience, honestly.

I didn’t feel great about the pedal clearance, it just seemed too tight and kind of unsafe when I was using it and I kept noticing it instead of feeling comfortable.

I was hoping for more customization, but the choices felt limited. Every time I thought I’d found a way to get what I actually wanted, it felt like the goalposts moved and I had to settle for something else. Kind of frustrating overall.

I mean, the mats looked good in the photos, but once I saw them in person... they were just kind of average to me. The diamond pattern is a little too shiny, and the edges don’t look as clean as I was hoping.

From a distance, they look fine, so it’s not like they’re terrible or anything. But up close, they feel a bit cheap for the price, you know? Just not that clean, premium look I thought I was getting.

I opened the box and the chemical smell was overwhelming. I get that new products can have a little scent sometimes, but this was way too much to deal with. For something people are bringing into their home, it should at least be safe and decent enough to use without making the whole room smell awful.

I ordered these mats for my 2021 Camry and made sure I picked the right model, but the fit was not even close. The driver’s side was too wide around the pedals, and the clips didn’t line up the way they should have.

The back mats had noticeable gaps and kept sliding around, which was really frustrating. For the price, I expected a much better fit and a better experience. I wouldn’t order again...

The stitching was really uneven, and it started coming apart way too fast. Of course it happened right when I actually needed to use it, which made it even more frustrating. Disappointing overall.

i mean, I ordered a trunk mat from diamondcarmats.com thinking it would just drop right into place, but it didn’t really fit my car the way it was supposed to.

The corners were a bit off, and it curled up near the back, so the trunk area wouldn’t sit flat. I double-checked that I picked the right car model too, so I’m not sure where things went wrong.

It looked close at first, but close isn’t good enough for something like this. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered this thinking it would show up in a couple of weeks, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking updates were hit or miss too, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I was excited at first, but by the time it arrived, the slow shipping had really soured the experience for me.

The mats look decent enough, but the fit around the seat rails in my car is not great. On the driver’s side, it keeps lifting when I slide the seat back, and I’m like, okay, that’s annoying because I thought these were supposed to sit flat.
I emailed them about it, and they said it was just normal trimming, but I expected a closer fit for my model. They’re not totally useless or anything, just kind of disappointing, especially when everything else looks fine and then suddenly the seat rail area messes it up

The dirt gets trapped in all the little diamond grooves, so instead of a quick wipe, I end up scrubbing way more than I thought I’d have to.
Even after I clean them, they still somehow look dusty and a little streaky, which is frustrating. I wanted car mats that were low maintenance, and these just aren’t that for me. They might look good when they’re brand new, but keeping them that way is a hassle.

The mats themselves might be decent quality, I’m not totally sure, but the color was enough of an issue that I was really disappointed. I don’t think I’d order again.

I bought these because I thought they’d actually protect the floor from wet shoes, but after a rainy day, water still soaked through and left a mess under the mat. I had to pull everything up and clean underneath, which was the last thing I wanted to deal with. For the price, I expected way better. I’m disappointed and would like this addressed because it really didn’t do what it was supposed to

I reached out to customer service a few times about my order and didn’t get much back. I’d check my email in the morning with my coffee, then again later, and still nothing useful. When someone finally did reply, it was vague and didn’t really answer what I was asking. I felt like I was just sitting around waiting with no real update. Definitely frustrating and not the experience I was expecting.
